1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Focus2BFit, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Services.

2. Services Provided

Focus2BFit offers fitness and nutrition coaching, workout plans, educational resources, and community support to help you achieve your health goals. All content provided is for informational and educational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

3. User Responsibilities

When using the Site or Services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration or when purchasing services.

• Consult with a medical professional before starting any fitness or nutrition program, especially if you have pre-existing health conditions.

• Use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

• Refrain from copying, distributing, or modifying content without prior written consent.

4. Payment, Refunds, & Cancellations Policy

Payment Policy - All Focus2BFit services, programs, challenges, classes, and coaching offerings require payment in full before participation begins. Clients will not be permitted to begin a program or access services until payment has been successfully received. For ongoing or recurring programs, payments are billed in advance of each billing cycle. Access to services may be paused or discontinued if payment is not received. Payments for services or products are processed securely through our third-party payment processors. 

Refund Policy - All payments made to Focus2BFit are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for missed sessions, early withdrawal, scheduling conflicts, or lack of participation.

If a client is unable to continue a program, the amount paid may be applied as a credit toward a future Focus2BFit service. Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and must be used within the same year of the purchase date.

Missed Sessions & Challenges - Missed sessions are not refunded or rescheduled unless otherwise stated in writing by Focus2BFit. For challenges and group programs, access to materials remains available for the duration of the program.

Cancellations & Schedule Changes - Focus2BFit reserves the right to modify schedules, substitute instructors, or cancel services or programs as necessary. If Focus2BFit cancels a service or program, clients will receive a credit towards a future service.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes - By purchasing a Focus2BFit service, clients agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for services rendered. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in immediate removal from current program and nloss of access to future services. 

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, videos, and logos, is the property of Focus2BFit and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or display any content without written permission.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Focus2BFit does not guarantee specific results from its programs or services.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Focus2BFit shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or Services.

8. Termination

Focus2BFit reserves the right to terminate your access to the Site or Services at its sole discretion, without notice, for any violation of these Terms.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. Focus2BFit is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party websites.

10. Changes to Terms

I reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Site or Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
