"I joined Focus2BFit for the March 2025 challenge and I have loved it so much that I went back for the other challenges that were offered. I learned a lot about nutrition and fitness. Nina and the ladies in the group are a joy. There's no pressure, but you will receive positive encouragement and accountability. "I began my Focus2bFit journey in February at 153 lbs. Today, I’m proud to say I weigh 139 lbs. "If you are like me, and tend to fall off the fitness wagon, and are looking motivation to get back on and stay consistent - Nina is your girl. Let her guide you with Focus 2 B Fit. When you sign up for one of her monthly challenges, you get effective pre-recorded and live group workouts, you get nutrition insights, and the support of others via the group chats and check in calls. Everyone has their life struggles. Mine were causing me feel down and be very sedentary more often than not. Getting even 2000 steps a day was a challenge for me. Little by little I have increased my energy, and participating in the challenges helped me push myself a little bit more. Lately I have increased my paces to over 10,000 steps per day. "When I think about fitness as a whole, it's not the greatest or warmest thoughts I have. The reason isn't because I'm against it, or morbidly obese , it's just always been a challenge, and I have felt too much pressure from society to look a certain way, and I push against that very hard. What I love about Nina and the work she is doing with Focus2bFit is that she takes all those pressures away and approaches fitness on a do what you can and what works for you level. And I like that. She has helped me participate in simple challenges that I completed and felt accomplished, but it also propelled me to want to do more.
